Project 51 – Old‑School Multiplayer Shooter
Project 51 is a classic old‑school shooter—the way we remember it: direct gunplay, clear readability, and a focus on feel. Play casually or compete in the optional Ranked mode. Regular lobbies stay relaxed; if you want stricter matchmaking, switch to Ranked. The entire game is set in the present day—no futuristic setting, but modern, contemporary warfare. The game will be released on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 5.

At launch there are 16 maps following the proven three‑lane layout: left and right flanks plus a central route, each with clear sightlines and strong landmarks. This supports quick orientation and tactical rotations—pure old‑school spirit.
The world is set in the present: urban battlefields, industrial sites, military bases, and natural environments. Realistic settings create a familiar feel and underline the old‑school approach.

Project 51 launches with timeless modes like Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Domination, and Search & Destroy, etc. Clear and focused—straight into the action without unnecessary clutter. Matches are played in intense 6v6 format.
Fast onboarding, intuitive controls, and short respawn times get you back into the fight immediately. Project 51 values feel over menu overload. Gameplay follows a run‑and‑gun philosophy—direct, fast, and action‑packed without overcomplicated mechanics.

A concise, iconic arsenal: assault rifles, SMGs, shotguns, sniper rifles, and pistols. Each weapon has a distinct character and feel—no futuristic exotics, just authentic and familiar.
Level progression unlocks additional weapons over time. The more you play a weapon, the more matching attachments you unlock. The selection is intentionally limited to classic options like suppressors, red‑dot sights, or extended mags—no hundreds of attachments with complex stat mazes.

This mix enables the game to run long‑term independent of the developers and to be sustained by the community.
Weapon skins, emblems, and player cards let you express your style. All customization is purely cosmetic and has no gameplay impact—there’s no pay‑to‑win.

The class editor follows an old‑school philosophy. Attachments add special properties and noticeably change handling, but they do not buff base weapon values (e.g., base damage remains the same).
Casual lobbies are formed purely at random—there is no SBMM. If you want targeted matchmaking, play the separate Ranked mode.

After a match the lobby remains—no disbanding. Keep playing with your squad, rematch opponents, and chat via the integrated lobby voice chat.
Sound is intentionally old‑school: weapon reports are easy to distinguish, footsteps are audible, and killstreak callouts are iconic—nostalgic feel with precise information.

Project 51 supports community features: clan tags, community servers, and friends lists foster the classic clan vibe. Server communities can grow and build their own identity—just like back in the day.
For true old‑school vibes there are private lobbies for friends and planned LAN support—perfect for clan wars or game nights.

Fair play first: server‑side anti‑cheat, no pay‑to‑win elements, and transparent mechanics keep competition honest and exciting.
Project 51 is for everyone who loves classic shooters: fast rounds, short matches, and straight run‑and‑gun gameplay. Play casually with friends or go all‑in in Ranked—nostalgia meets modern tech.
